I am James Jackson, a 22 year old web developer.  I  graduated in 2008 from the University of Leicester with a  2:1 in Computer Science (BSc). To find out more about me and my skills please visit James David Jackson.com.

 

Websites

From the age of about 13 I've been making websites and since I've had countless websites. My websites have been about so many things such as jokes, Dragonball Z, a banner exchange, topsite list, topsite list directory, RSS readers, videos, lyrics and more. My biggest site was TheWebDump.com (redirects to Every10Mins these days) and at it's peak was getting around 150,000 unique visitors a month. One day TheWebDump managed around 25,000 visitors due to Google sending traffic looking for pictures of Britney Spears. Unfortunately this was a one off and traffic dropped back to it's usual levels in a few days.

At the moment I run serveral websites but none are really big but I've got a few ideas in the pipeline that will hopefully change that. More about my websites.

 

Interests

I love the internet and technology in general. If I'm not making websites or browsing the net I'll be on my PlayStation 3 playing game like Call of Duty online. I try to go to as my gigs as I can too. I've been to to many to name here but the festivals I've been to so far are Projekt Revolution 2008, Download 2009 and Sonisphere 2009. I could include Silverstone Classic 2009  in that list as there were live bands there (Santana and Pussycat Dolls headlining). Other things I enjoy are going to the gym, chilling with my friends and I've recently been taking lots of pictures and stiching them together to make massive panoramics.
